When I got to visit Atlanta, my friend, Rachel, took me to Gunshow. When I first walked in, the place is just so open. You look to the right, and you can see every last thing happening in the kitchen. You sit at community tables, so you may end up dining next to some really fun people – which we actually did while we were there.
It kind of works like a churrascaria and dim sum style, where people come by with the dishes listed on the menu; they show them to you, and you decide which ones you’d like to eat. The menu changes frequently, so the dishes you see here may or may not be there if you decide to visit. I can say that everything we ate there was absolutely amazing and so so pretty. So on with the food, right?
