I’ve never been a super sugary sweets person – I much prefer savory: unless you put a giant bowl of peanut M&Ms in my face -that’s a different story.
Key lime pie is the perfect dessert for those of us who don’t want something super sweet for dessert. And what makes this so easy – I don’t make the pie crust from scratch. I’d say ain’t nobody got time for that, but I think we all have some extra time nowadays – I’m just lazy.
WHAT YOU NEED
1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust.
2 14-oz cans sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup lime juice
WHAT YOU DO
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Put condensed milk, sour cream, and lime juice in a medium bowl and whisk together.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Bake for 5-8 minutes until tiny bubbles are on the surface.
Chill for at least two hours – top with whipped cream, and enjoy!
