I absolutely adore this girl’s blog. I am completely jealous of her design – so clean and so pretty! Even she is so damn pretty! This post of hers totally resonated with me, but I totally fangirl from afar, but when I saw this recipe she posted on her blog, I knew I needed to try it. Especially since it was a way to get rid of all the leftover peeps from Easters past. I wanted to make it as a sweet little Easter gift for the teachers at Sheffield’s daycare. And y’all — it is so so easy. So without further ado, and proper credit given, I give you the yummiest, easiest Easter treat ever:
// Bag of popcorn – popped
// 2 TBSP butter ( I just realized that her recipe said 2 tsp, but I totally used more on accident, and it was equally as delicious – so do what you wanna)
// 5-6 peeps of any color
// Pop the popcorn. Melt the butter – don’t boil. Once the butter is melted add the peeps. Make sure to keep stirring with a spatula to prevent burning. Once all melted, pour over the popcorn and mix with the spatula. If you want the different colors, repeat the butter and peeps step. Add sprinkles and eat!
RIGHT? So easy, and so delicious. I hope y’all have a great Easter!
