So you guys know all about my obsession with Orange Theory right? I’m pretty sure I’ve talked about going and the results I’ve seen from it about a thousand times. BUT, last month I canceled my membership in favor of running and home workouts. I did learn a LOT about fitness from them, and what I’m truly capable of, but I’m in desperate need of some new fitness equipment in this house to keep up a good regiment. Here are some of the things I’ve got my eyes on:
I don’t have any weights heavier than 8 pounds – however at Orange Theory, I was squatting with way heavier ones, and even doing bicep curls with 25s. I love this kettlebell weight, and they come in many different weight options.
I have a yoga mat, but it’s also like 9 years old, so I’d really like a pretty new one. This one caught my eye!
I loved all the bosu ball movements at OTF. From burpees to stabilizing work to killing my abs – I definitely need one of these guys!
They recently introduced mini-bands into class, and holy cow do they work some muscles that you never even knew you had!! Plus they have a ton of workouts on Pinterest and YouTube. These are my favorite, because they’re just so pretty!
I have a really hard time finding headphones that will stay in my ears while I’m running – mostly because I sweat a lot when I work out!! I tried these of B’s out when I was running outside down at the beach, and they stayed in place the whole time. A pair of these are definitely on the horizon.
