Yesterday my guy turned four. FOUR!! I can’t even believe it. I feel like the last four years have flown by, but haven’t? That probably sounds crazy, but that days are long, years are short cliché that everyone likes to use – yep, that rings true. We did a quick interview to remember his favorite things as a four year old.
Favorite food? Chicken nuggets & pizza
Favorite color? Red
Favorite doughnut? Chocolate with sprinkles
Favorite sport? Soccer
Favorite movie? Toy Story
What do you want to be when you grow up? Soccer player
Who is your best friend? Everett & Nathan
Who is your favorite teacher? Ms. Marie
Favorite book: Paw Patrol birthday book.
What do you like to do outside? Bounce on the trampoline and slide down slides.
Favorite holiday: Mardi Gras! (so, he’s definitely our kid).
I’m hoping to keep this up as he gets older -it’s so fun to see him get older and know things and words that I know we haven’t taught him. He’s even started doing math! He’s gotten to be so much fun, and ever since his tonsil surgery, he has starting eating so well – his sweet little face has started to fill out. He loves swimming and Chick-Fil-A. He could eat two tubs of queso just for him. He loves getting himself dressed and loves being in pajamas. He has finally started going under water on his own. He’s obsessed with the song “Old Town Road,” (Lil Nas X) and “Youngblood” (5 Seconds of Summer). He is still in love with everything Paw Patrol – Marshall is still his favorite pup. He loves Pluto and Mickey and his sneakers that light up. He is such a good kid, and it’s so bittersweet to see him growing up so fast.
