This weekend was completely filled with birthday parties. And our first trip to Build-A-Bear. Sheff was the only boy in a party full of 6 year old girls. The birthday girl and Sheff get along so well, and she pretty much held his hand and helped him around the whole time. While all the girls were picking unicorns and pink bears, Sheff boyed out and picked the blue hot wheels bear and a flash costume. It was seriously the cutest bear I’ve ever seen, and Sheff loves his “Flash.” It was such a cute birthday party idea, and it ended with pizza in the food court and a ride on the carousel.
Once Sheff was down, Aunt Juney came over and we made Christmas cookies, and once S was up, he got to decorate his gingerbread house. Bennett and I ended the night with an Elf viewing, and then spent the night talking and listening to Christmas carols.
Then on Sunday, we went to Nadine’s daughter’s party – A Frozen party! Nadine did such a good job with her party – there was a build a snowman station, and a “we share each other’s sandwiches” plate. So cute! Sheff had such a fun time! And ate a ton of Nadine’s peanut butter balls! And he doesn’t eat anything! And how did Z get to be 2?!? These kids are growing up way too fast!
We are heading to Santa Train this weekend with B’s parents, and then going to his first movie on Sunday with me and Aunt Juney to see the Grinch! So wish us luck! I hope you guys had a great weekend!
