Since getting to know Nadine and Chris, we’ve gotten to share in their weekend tradition of heading up to World of Beer in Five Points. B and I have been there, but never got to quite experience it’s charm. Before they started serving food, we used to go across the street to Makarios, get delicious Greek/Mediterranean food, and enjoy our beers. But ever since they decided to start serving pub food, you can enjoy your cheesy tater tots and giant pretzels without moving a muscle.
A couple weekends ago during an Auburn bye weekend, we headed up there to hang out with Chris and Nadine and Meighan to help them watch the Alabama game. We made a day of it, hanging out, drinking beer, eating the most unhealthy bar foods. After their game, we headed down the street to Fuego for a pitcher of margaritas and some delicious Mexican food. I was starving, so I took zero pictures of the food. You heard me blogging world, I actually ate my food before taking a picture of it. I know, I know, blogging blasphemy, but sorry guy, my stomach won that battle. After dinner, we headed down to Lakeview so the boys could head to the vape store, and Nadine and I headed to Lou’s Pub for a bushwhacker with an extra floater. These suckers were strong — and by strong I mean awesome.
Pictures, you ask? Well, duh…
