Yesterday, I hit the halfway point in being pregnant. And how did I celebrate? I thought it’d be super fun to fly to Ohio for work. In case you don’t know too much about me, flying is not my most favorite thing in the world. I have gotten a lot better with it, but that was mainly due to a few beers beforehand. That was definitely not allowed, obviously.
B and I found out the gender last week — and we are super excited! We are planning a small type of reveal (just pictures, no parties or anything crazy), but I was too lazy this weekend to do it.
I spent most of this evening in the indoor pool at the hotel — just thinking about everything. Baby has finally started to kick a little more often, and it’s a truly crazy feeling. I’ve finally decided on my non-theme of a nursery — just a hodge podge of things that represent us, and will therefore represent a ton in baby’s life. I can’t wait to share it with you, and I promise I’ll have a bump update at some point during this week.
When I get out of the freezing Midwest, that is.
