This has got to be the easiest tailgate food that doesn’t require just buying chips and dips – I made them for our tailgate party at work right at the start of college football season. One batch makes about 48 balls, so really, you get a lot for not a lot. Only three ingredients!
WHAT YOU NEED
// 1 pound ground pork sausage
// 2 1/2 cups Bisquick mix or other all-purpose baking mix.
// 1 1/2 cups prepared pimento cheese
WHAT YOU DO
// Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
// Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and mix by hand.
// Shape mixture into about (48) 1″ balls, and place them on the lined baking sheets.
// Bake in preheated oven for 14-17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes and serve warm.
Super easy and quick – and definitely something you can whip up for brunches, tailgates or football snacks at home!
