A weekend post on a Wednesday — because that’s how I roll. I’m going to do it confession style, because that’s also how I roll. My blog, I can do what I want.
** I confess that these two together is pretty much the greatest thing on Earth.
** I confess that I was really nervous to start Sheffy on solids, but we tried this past weekend. I’m not sure if he’s down or not for it, yet. We may wait a little bit longer.
** We put up Christmas this past weekend:: gasp:: before Thanksgiving. AND MY HOUSE IS NOW BEAUTIFIED AND CHRISTMASTY. I cut off the top on purpose, because the star is not on there yet (LIES…it’s because I really suck at taking pictures of Christmas trees.)
** My sister got me this ornament for Sheffield’s baptism, and I confess it’s probably my new favorite.
** I confess..baby bellies are probably the cutest thing ever. And also, naps are essential to any good weekend.
** I confess my kid rode the dog this weekend…..and it was awesome.

it’s fun to watch their reaction to new foods but it’s awesome how fast they tell you they don’t like it (they’ll just spit it right out LOL).

oh my, he’s such a little cutie!!! Christmas tree looks great! We put ours up but are decorating it on Friday. I hope you have a fabulous long holiday weekend with you boys.
Cute! Don’t sweat about the solids. We tried at 4 mos and got little reaction. Kept trying every night but she didn’t want solids until really close to 9 mos.
